Police Officer Reported Injured

A police officer was reported injured on Wednesday while police dealt with restraining orders, ambulance calls and alleged assault and battery.

Wednesday, May 1

7:25 am.: A burglar alarm went off on Forbes Avenue.

8:23 a.m.: A motor vehicle accident with injuries was reported from the Route 290 Connector and Fitchburg Street.

9:01 a.m.: A motor vehicle accident with injuries was reported from Boston Post Road East and Farm Road.

10:21 a.m.: Suspicious activity was reported from Helen Drive.

10:56 a.m.: A restraining order was served on Short Street.

11:09 a.m.: Suspicious activity was reported from the Marlborough High School on Bolton Street.

12:07 p.m.: Ambulance assistance was provided at Solomon Pond Mall on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

1:42 p.m.: A police officer was reported injured at the Police Department on Bolton Street.

2:54 p.m.: A suspicious motor vehicle was reported from Walgreen's on Granger Boulevard.

3:59 p.m.: A motor vehicle accident with injuries was reported from Hayden Street.

4:05 p.m.: Fraud or forgery was reported from Mosher Lane.

5:08 p.m.: Police arrested Helida A. Batista, 39, of 447 Boston Post Road East Apt. 40 on Boston Post Road East on charges of assault and battery.

5:22 p.m.: Assault was reported from Washington Street.

6:45 p.m.: A disturbance was reported from Washington Street.

7:21 p.m.: A motor vehicle accident with injuries was reported from Wendy's Restaurant on Boston Post Road West.

8:03 p.m.: A disturbance was reported from Lincoln Street.

9:11 p.m.: An animal complaint was received from Lincoln Street.

10:24 p.m.: A motor vehicle accident was reported from Solomon Pond Mall on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

11:34 p.m.: A disturbance was reported from Christie Way.

Thursday, May 2

12:05 a.m.: Ambulance assistance was provided on Broadmeadow Road.

6:46 a.m.: A summons was served on Grant Court.
