Marlborough Man Charged With Assaulting Northborough Police Officer

A Marlborough resident allegedly struck a police officer on Hudson Street in Northborough on Tuesday night.

Northborough Police arrested Philip K. Oseitutu, 24, of 463 Berlin Road, Marlborough, at 8:10 p.m., and charged him with assault and battery on a police officer; trespassing; impeding a police investigation, juror attempting to bribe; and disorderly conduct, according to the Northborough Police log.

On Tuesday, at 9:24 a.m., on Southwest Cutoff, police issued a criminal complaint for unregistered/uninsured.

At 11:15 a.m., someone on Pierce Street reported the past larceny of jewelry.

At 11:39 a.m., someone on Green Street requested a well-being check on a male.

At 12:07 p.m., someone on Church Street reported a two-car motor vehicle accident with no injuries on the off-ramp.

At 12:39 p.m., police assisted the fire department on Juniper Brook Road.

At 2:32 p.m., police assisted the fire department with a medical on Village Drive.

At 3:45 p.m., police received a report from Otis Street of the larceny of razor blades on Nov. 3.

At 7:41 p.m., police assisted the ambulance with a medical on Main Street. 

At 10:52 p.m., police received a report from Winter Street of an out-of-control 17-year-old male.

On Wednesday, at 7:24 a.m., police received a report from Brigham Street of a motor vehicle into a pole, with no injuries.
