Police Log: Threats, Warrant Arrest

The following information was supplied by the Marlborough Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction. All arrests are reported.

Wednesday, April 4:

7:25 a.m.: Medical assistance was rendered after officers responded to a motor vehicle crash in the vicinity of 290 East and 495 South. 

1:15 p.m.: Suspicious activity was investigated at the Marlborough Commerce Center, 340 Maple St.

2:09 p.m.: An act of larceny was reported at Maple Street Motors, 315 Maple St. 

3:49 p.m.: An act of larceny was reported at the , 25 Union St.

4:40 p.m.: Vandalism was investigated at the , 601 Donald J. Lynch Blvd. 

7:13 p.m.: A citation/warning was issued during a motor vehicle stop near the intersection of Bolton and Lincoln streets. 

8:32 p.m.: Daniel Lopez Hernandez, 34, of 16 Martin St., Apt. 2, was arrested at the convenience store located at 92 Broad St., and charged with an outstanding warrant. 

10:09 p.m.: Threats were reportedly made against an individual at 219 Essex St. 

10:54 p.m.: A 209A (proximity order) violation was investigated at 26 Calder St.
