Police Log: OUI Arrests, Assault on Police Officer

The following information was supplied by the Marlborough Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction. All arrests are reported.

Friday, March 9:

1:19 a.m.: Jessica Rose DeCenzo, 28, of 95 East Main St., Apt. 1, was arrested during a disturbance at the Ridgewood Condominiums, 206 Bolton St. She was charged with three outstanding warrants pertaining to motor vehicle charges and two counts of vandalizing property. 

7:35 a.m.: Breaking and entering into a motor vehicle was reported at BB Properties, 264 Main St.

11:50 a.m.: Another instance of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle was reported at 302 Boston Post Rd. E. 

1:39 p.m.: After investigating a report of suspicious activity in the vicinity of Dunkin Donuts, 269 East Main St., police arrested Ricky J. Haran, 39, of 29 Mackintosh St., Franklin, for possession of a Class A drug.

3:36 p.m.: An assault was reported at Marlborough High School, 431 Bolton St. 

6:42 p.m.: An act of fraud/forgery was investigated at 663 Pleasant St. 

7:01 p.m.: Tameiko Milligan MR, 20, of 1 Orne St., 1st Fl., Worcester, was arrested at Macy's, 627 Donald J. Lynch Blvd., and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise. 

7:38 p.m.: Services were rendered when officers investigated a drug offense on Country Lane. 


Saturday, March 10:

6:46 a.m.: An assault was reported at Marlborough Hospital, 157 Union St. 

10:09 a.m.: There was a motor vehicle crash with property damage in the area of 234 East Main St. 

1:14 p.m.: Officers responded to a domestic disturbance at a residence on Harvard St. 

4:56 p.m.: A past instance of breaking and entering burglary was investigated at 23 Mount Pleasant St., Apt. C. 

11:58 p.m.: Stephen Paul Randall, 17, of 10 Paris St., was arrested during a motor vehicle stop near the intersection of Mechanic and West Main streets. He was charged with OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding, OUI liquor and marked lanes violations. 


Sunday, March 11:

1:23 a.m.: A citation/warning was issued during a motor vehicle stop in the area of the Wayland Millwork Corp., 344 Boston Post Rd. E.

3:57 a.m.: After responding to a domestic disturbance at 231 Naugler Ave., police arrested Carlton R. German II, 33, of 25 Saint Michaels Ave., Somerset, and charged him with two counts of assault and battery. 

7:15 a.m.: An act of harassment was reported at the Ranch Boarding House, 496 Lincoln St. 

10:42 a.m.: Barry A. Barlow, 52, of 51 Winthrop St., Apt. 2, was arrested at the same address on an outstanding warrant. 

10:49 a.m.: An act of vandalism was reported at Marlborough High School, 431 Bolton St. 

11:31 a.m.: A separate act of vandalism was investigated at the Assabet Valley Regional Technical High School, 57 Orchard St. 

4:47 p.m.: During a motor vehicle stop in the vicinity of Target, 423 Donald J. Lynch Blvd., Geraldo A. Sa, 62, of 127 High St., Clinton, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked license. 

5:13 p.m.: Julio Escobar, 50, of 35 Benefit St., Fl. 1, Worcester, and Magali Roman, 46, of 44 Byron St., Apt. 43 were arrested at Macy's, 627 Donald J. Lynch Blvd. Both were charged with larceny over $250 and conspiracy. 

6:54 p.m.: Threats were reportedly made against an individual at the Cozy Cafe, 487 Lincoln St. 

8:11 p.m.: After responding to a report of suspicious activity at the Gulf gas station, 114 East Main St., police arrested Derek P. Azzolino, 20, of 25 Royal Crest Dr., Apt. 11, and charged him with assault with a dangerous weapon, a marked lanes violation, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, assault and battery on police officer, receiving stolen property valued over $250, possession of a Class B drug, possession to distribute cocaine and a drug violation near a school/park.

11:32 p.m.: Marcio Porto Va, 48, of 22 Shawmut Ave., was arrested during a motor vehicle stop near the intersection of Church Street and Warren Avenue. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle on a suspended/revoked license and a motor vehicle lights violation.
