3:27 p.m.: Chari L. McCulley, 42, of 149 Elm St., Apt. 2, is arrested on the scene of a motor vehicle accident with property damage near the intersection of Elm and Preston streets. She is charged with leaving the scene of an accident, second offense OUI, a red light violation, failure to stop for a school bus, a marked lanes violation and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
