Friday, Dec. 27

8:38 a.m.: Vandalism was reported at Brook Village East on East Main Street.

8:47 a.m.: A theft was reported at Sullivan Tire on Boston Post Road West.

9:35 a.m.: A theft was reported at Insani Paving Co. on Concord Road.

9:42 a.m.: A theft was reported at a residence on Mechanic Street.

1:35 p.m.: A theft was reported at New Horizons on Hemenway Street.

4:12 p.m.: A domestic disturbance was reported at a home on West Main Street.

7:10 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at RK Shopping Plaza on Boston Post Road West.

8:24 p.m.: Threats were reported on Mill Street North.

9:01 p.m. Vandalism was reported at Countryside Village on Boston Post Road East.

10:16 p.m.: A disturbance was reported on Robin Hill Street.

11:44 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at Marlborough Hospital.

Saturday, Dec. 28

3:16 a.m.: A disturbance was reported at the 7-Eleven on Broad Street.

7:39 a.m.: Vandalism was reported on West Hill Road.

11:44 a.m.: A disturbance was reported on East Main Street.

2:24 p.m.: A disturbance was reported on Witherbee Street.

3:01 p.m.: A fraud or a forgery was reported at Royal Crest Apartments on Royal Crest Drive.

3:48 p.m.: Shoplifting was reported at Price Chopper.

7:15 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at the Marriott Courtyard Marlborough.

11:05 p.m.: A domestic disturbance was reported on Manning Street.

11:15 p.m: A disturbance was reported at a house on John Street.

11:59 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at an apartment on Howe Street.

Sunday, Dec. 29

1:27 a.m.: Police pulled a vehicle over on Granger Boulevard. Police arrested Alberto Raphael Tavera, 18, of 16 Colonial RD., Apt. 12, Milford, on charges of OUI liquor and person under 21 possessing alcohol.

4:28 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at Solomon Pond Mall.

9:25 p.m.: Police responded to a home for a domestic disturbance. Police arrested James A. Whetton, 51, of 94 Wagon Hill RD., Marlborough, on charges of assault and assault and battery.
