Police Log: Unattended Death, Habitual Traffic Offender Arrested

The following information was supplied by the Marlborough Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction. All arrests are reported.

Tuesday, Feb. 28:

7:49 a.m.: Services were rendered when police served a restraining order to an individual at 138 Pleasant St. 

10:09 a.m.: Officers investigated a 911 call hangup at 10 Versailles St.

1:10 p.m.: Police responded to an unattended death at Academy Knoll, 22 Broad St., Apt. 423. Scanner traffic at the time indicated that the deceased was a 58-year-old female. 

1:24 p.m.: An act of fraud/forgery was reported at 58 Burns Rd.

3:55 p.m.: There was a motor vehicle crash with property damage in the area of Countryside Village, 450 Boston Post Rd. E.

4:57 p.m.: There was a motor vehicle crash with personal injuries in the vicinity of Contemporary Car Care, 721 Farm Rd. 

6:25 p.m.: Junio A. Lages, 29, of 179 Chestnut St., Apt. 2, was arrested during a motor vehicle stop in the area of 179 Chestnut St. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a license revoked as an habitual traffic offender. 

8:07 p.m.: An act of larceny was reported at 24 Preston St. 

8:36 p.m.: A report of harassment was filed at 56 Newton St.
