Police Log: 3 Arrested for Assault at Marlborough High School

Wednesday, May 2:

6:34 a.m.: During a motor vehicle stop in the vicinity of 57 South St., police arrested Eluvio D. Paxtor, 37, of 155 Broad St., Apt. 2, and charged him with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an outstanding warrant, and a red light violation.

9:57 a.m.: An animal complaint was filed at the Jordan Stables, 339 Boston Post Rd. E.

10:45 a.m.: An act of fraud/forgery was reported at the Maple Street Medical Plaza, 230 Maple St., Apt. 6. 

1:02 p.m.: While assisting another agency at , 431 Bolton St., police arrested Brett M. Cavicchio, 17, of 35 Witherbee St., Apt. 1, and charged him with two counts of assault and battery, two counts of conspiracy, two counts of assault and battery on a child to join a conspiracy and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Two juveniles, a 14 and 15 year old, were each charged with two counts of conspiracy, two counts of assault and battery, two counts of assault and battery on a child to join a conspiracy, and two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

5:05 p.m.: An act of larceny was reported at the Village at Hager Meadows, 849 Boston Post Rd. E., Apt. 3I. 

9:14 p.m.: Vandalism was reported at a residence, 355 Pleasant St.
