Thursday, Dec. 12

9:04 a.m.: A harassment order violation was reported from Vine Street.

11:21 a.m.: A sex offender was registered at the Police Department on Bolton Street.

11:40 a.m.: A disturbance was reported from Assabet Valley Collaborative School on Orchard Street.

12:06 p.m.: An assault was reported from Countryside Village on Boston Post Road East.

2:17 p.m.: Fraud or forgery was reported from Brigham Street.

3:56 p.m.: A medical call was received from Honey Farms on Pleasant Street.

4:11 p.m.: A disabled motor vehicle was reported from Donald J. Lynch Boulevard and River Street.

5:35 p.m.: A burglar alarm went off on Main Street.

6:15 p.m.: A disturbance was reported from The Heights at Marlborough Apartments on Briarwood Lane.

6:17 p.m.: A medical call was received from The Heights at Marlborough Apartments on Briarwood Lane.

6:34 p.m.: A missing person was reported from the Solomon Pond Mall on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

7:39 p.m.: Ambulance assistance was provided on West Main Street.

7:42 p.m.: A suspicious motor vehicle was reported from DSW Shoes on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

10:12 p.m.: A medical call was reported from Hearthstone on Hemenway Street.

10:12 p.m.: A sudden death was reported from Hearthstone on Hemenway Street.

10:18 p.m.: Police arrested Dylan Charbonneau, 21, of 68 Newton St. Apt. 1 on Mechanic and Longley Streets on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a motor vehicle not meeting RMV safety standards and a motor vehicle lights violation.

11:01 p.m.: Vandalism was reported from Lincoln Street.

11:37 p.m.: A disturbance was reported from Target on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

Friday, Dec. 14

1:07 a.m.: Ambulance assistance was provided at Regal Cinemas on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

4:12 a.m.: Suspicious activity was reported from Wendy's Restaurant on Boston Post Road West.

6:18 a.m.: Suspicious activity was reported from Stone Gate Apartments on Saint Ives Way.

6:43 a.m.: A medical call was received from Eager Ct.
