Police Log: Storm MV Crashes, OUI Arrest

The following information was supplied by the Marlborough Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction. All arrests are reported.

Thursday, March 1: 

7:02 a.m.: There was a motor vehicle crash with property damage in the vicinity of Uhaul, 280 West Main St. 

7:43 a.m.: There was a motor vehicle crash with property damage near the intersection of Lincoln and Highland Streets.

7:54 a.m.: Marlborough police responded to a motor vehicle crash on 495 North.

9:57 a.m.: Services were rendered when police investigated a hold-up alarm at 518 Lincoln St.

12:32 p.m.: Suspicious activity was reported in the vicinity of 27 Bowstring Way. 

1:40 p.m.: An harassment order was served to an individual at 666 Farm Rd., Apt. 5. 

5:07 p.m.: Steven P. Davis, 51, of 69 Western View Dr., was arrested after police received a report of an erratic motor vehicle operator. He was charged with OUI liquor. 

7:05 p.m.: Officers responded to a report of an assault at 14 Madison St., Apt. 1, and arrested Thomas A. Ruby, 24, of the same address, and charged him with assault and battery. 

7:32 p.m.: A past instance of breaking and entering/burglary was reported at 49 Harper Cir.
