Police Log: Stolen Vehicle, Assault and Battery Arrest

The following information is provided by the Marlborough Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Monday, Dec. 2

7:59 a.m.: Vandalism was reported on Farm Road.

10:10 a.m.: A breaking-and-entering into a motor vehicle was reported on Johansen Dive.

11:39 a.m.: A domestic disturbance was reported on Phelps Street.

12:33 p.m.: An auto theft was reported at Countryside Village on Boston Post Road East.

12:37 p.m.: Police responded to a disturbance at Whitcomb Middle School.

3:00 p.m.: A fraud or a forgery was reported at Marlborough Hospital.

3:24 p.m.: Police received a soliciting complaint on Winter at Elm streets.

4:31 p.m.: Suspicious activity was reported on Winthrop at Gay streets.

5:01 p.m.: A vandalism complaint was made at a home on Ellis Avenue.

5:48 p.m.: Police responded to Washington Street for a reported domestic disturbance. Police arrested Heath J. Carmichael, 40, of 81 Washington St., Apt. 2, Marlborough, on a charge of assault and battery.

6:21 p.m.: Police received a harassment complaint from a home on Lincoln Street.

7:07 p.m.: Harassment was reported on Shea Drive.

11:01 p.m.: A theft was reported at a home on Howland Street.

Tuesday, Dec. 3

1:15 a.m.: A disturbance was reported at Bell Wheeler Hill Apartments on Bronte Way.

1:39 a.m.: Suspicious activity was reported at West Main and Broad streets.

6:48 a.m.: A car crash with injury was reported at Target on Boston Post Road East.
