Police Log: Sex Offenses Reported, A&B Arrest

Tuesday, Aug. 14

8:08 a.m.: Vandalism was reported at on Boston Post Road West.

10:36 a.m.: Fraud and forgery was reported at Kindred Transitional Care on Bolton Street.

11:05 a.m.: Police responded to serve a harassment order at a vacant residential on Warren Avenue.

1:47 p.m.: A domestic disturbance was reported at Stone Gate Apartments on Silver Leaf Way.

3:35 p.m.: Police responded to a report of suspicious activity on East Main Street.

4:07 p.m.: Police responded to a burglar alarm at on Washington Court.

5:36 p.m.: Police responded to serve summons at MacDonald Hotel on Main Street.

6:44 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance on Main Street. Miguel Estuardo Ortiz, 26, of 209 East Main St., Marlborough, was arrested and charged with assault and battery.

7:30 p.m.: Police responded to a 911 hangup call on South Street.

8:27 p.m.:  A restraining order violation was reported at American Legion Post 132 on Maple Street.

9:08 p.m.: Police responded to a disturbance at Lopez Express on Lincoln Street.

10:00 p.m.: Sex offenses were reported on Lincoln Street.

11:12 p.m.: Police responded to a report of suspicious activity at on Farm Road.

Wednesday, Aug. 15

1:25 a.m.: Police responded to a disturbance at on Maple Street.

1:51 a.m.: Police made a motor vehicle stop at Clinton Street and East Main Street. Zander Goncalves Filho, 20, of 19D Cook Ln., Marlborough, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

3:40 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a suspicious motor vehicle on Pleasant Street.
