Police Log: Sex Offenses and Sudden Death

The following information was supplied by the Marlborough Police Department. Charges do not indicate a conviction. All arrests are reported.

Wednesday, Nov. 28

8:03 a.m.: Harassment was reported from the Little Flower Learning Center on Boston Post Road West.

9:16 a.m.: Sex offenses were reported at the Marlborough Police Department on Bolton Street.

11:59 a.m.: Harassment was reported from the Assabet Valley Collaborative School on Orchard Street.

12:03 p.m.: Larceny was reported from the Solomon Pond Mall on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

12:37 p.m.: Police arrested Sue Magee, 43, of 37 Royal Crest Drive at Main and Hosmer Streets on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, possessing an open container of alcohol in a vehicle and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

2:24 p.m.: Suspicious activity was reported from Maplewood Avenue.

5:57 p.m.: Police arrested Diodato Dangelo Jr., 53, of 39 Newton Street Apt. 13 on East Main Street on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

6:18 p.m.: Police arrested Michelle Lucas, 45, of 39 Newton Street Apt. 13 at the Police Department on Bolton Street on a warrant.

6:59 p.m.: Threats were reported from Neil Street.

8:26 p.m.: A sudden death occured on West Main Street.

9:30 p.m.: Vandalism was reported from Clearview Drive.

11:52 p.m.: A suspicious motor vehicle was reported from Moose Lodge on Fitchburg Street.

Thursday, Nov. 29

12:53 a.m.: Larceny was reported from Broad Street.

2:05 a.m.: Suspicious activity was reported from Mustang Avenue.
