Police Log: Overturned Truck and Larceny

Monday, Sept. 24

8:09 a.m.: Police arrested Michael Alan Smith, 58, of Main Street on High Street on charges of trespassing.

9:38 a.m.: A burglar alarm went off at the Lazy Dog on Main Street.

12:02 p.m.: Larceny was reported from Chestnut Street.

1:24 p.m.: Larceny was reported from Sears on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

1:56 p.m.: A disabled motor vehicle was reported on West Main Street.

2:46 p.m.: Larceny was reported from the former Hewlett Packard Office Building on Forest Street.

4:27 p.m.: Police arrested Michael Sorrentino, 28, of 34 Central Street Apt. 5 on Lakeside Avenue and charged him with iling a false police report and larceny over $250 by a single scheme.

6:34 p.m.: Police arrested Jessica Powell, 24, of 149 Phelps Street at the intersection of East Main Street and Curtis Avenue on a warrant.

8:07 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at the Dunkin Donuts at 54 Main Street.

10:09 p.m.: Police arrested Daniel Bruso, 20, of 153 Main Street Apt. 19 and James Mullins, 23, of 6 Rogers Avenue Apt. 19 on Broad Street on warrants.

11:53 p.m.: Police provided assistance at the Marlborough Hospital on Union Street.

Tuesday, Sept. 25

12:27 a.m.: A burglar alarm went off at the West Ender on Boston post Road East.

4:18 a.m.: A burglar alarm went off at the People's United Bank on Main Street.

7:45 a.m.: A truck overturned on the offramp of exit 23c off of 495 North. Fire fighters responded to clean up spilled anti-freeze as they waited for a tow truck to remove the vehicle. There were no injuries.
