Police Log: OUI, Child Endangerment, Domestic Assault Arrests

The following information was supplied by the Marlborough Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction. All arrests are reported.

Friday, Feb. 24:

3:14 a.m.: A citation/warning was issued during a motor vehicle stop on 495 South in Marlborough. 

11:12 a.m.: There was a motor vehicle crash with property damage in the vicinity of , 268 East Main St.

1:51 p.m.: Threats were reportedly made against an individual at 340 Maple St.

3:09 p.m.: Services were rendered when police served a restraining order to an individual at , 157 Union St.

8:01 p.m.: A stolen car was reported at Ebenezer House Cleaner, 160 East Main St., Apt. 1. 

11:06 p.m.: Mary C. Amour, 53, of 18 Commonwealth Ave., Apt. 1, was arrested after police responded to a motor vehicle crash with injuries in the area of 130 Maple St. She was charged with OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and failure to yield at an intersection/no right on red. 


Saturday, Feb. 25:

1:41 a.m.: A citation/warning was issued during a motor vehicle stop near the intersection of Curtis Avenue and East Main Street. 

2:53 a.m.: During a motor vehicle stop in the vicinity of 186 Broad St., police arrested Luis Fernando Maldonado, 34, of 72 Rice St., Apt. B, and charged him with OUI liquor, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, transporting a child under five without a carseat, child endangerment while OUI liquor and a red light violation. 

10:15 a.m.: A stolen motor vehicle was recovered and report filed at police headquarters, 355 Bolton St. 

12:48 p.m.: A citation/warning was issued after officers responded to a report of suspicious activity at Ghiloni Park, Concord Road. 

1:24 p.m.: An act of larceny was reported at 27 Stetson Dr. 


Sunday, Feb. 26:

6:39 a.m.: A citation/warning was issued during a motor vehicle in the area of 101 Maple St. 

9:52 a.m.: A domestic disturbance was reported at 35 Ringold Dr. 

11:01 a.m.: There was a motor vehicle crash with injuries in the vicinity of Laundry World, 282 East Main St. 

3:19 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at 6 Deerskin Ln.

6:53 p.m.: After responding to a domestic disturbance at 116 Boston Post Rd. E., Apt. 104, police arrested Silmara Rocha, 27, of 110 Boston Post Rd. E., Apt. 104, on charges of assault and battery.
