Police Log: New Brunswick Man Arrested for Assault and Battery

Friday, Aug. 10

7:08 a.m.: A suspicious motor vehicle was reported in the vincinity of the Gemini Sign on South Bolton Street.

8:31 a.m.: A motor vehicle accident with injuries was reported on Granger Boulevard and Florence Street.

8:59 a.m.: Police responded to a burglar alarm on South Bolton Street.

11:03 a.m.: A restraining order was served at the on Bolton Street.

1:26 p.m.: Vandalism was reported on Berlin Road.

4:11 p.m.: Police responded to a disabled motor vehicle at on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

6:47 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at a residence on Williams Street. Andrew Frias Leandres, 28, of 6 Lorring Ct. in Hudson, was arrested and charged with assault and battery.

8:32 p.m.: A domestic disturbance was reported at MacDonald Hotel on Main Street.

10:11 p.m.: A report of suspicious activity was unfounded at 7-11 on Broad Street.

Saturday, Aug. 11

1:15 a.m.: A disturbance was reported at a residence on Rice Street.

1:33 a.m.: Police made a motor vehicle stop at a on Maple Street. Jonathan A. Lacey, 24, of 164 Maple St., was arrested and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked license, speeding in violation of a special regulation, and possession of marajuana.

4:30 a.m.: Harrassement was reported at the Police Department on Bolton Street.

9:26 a.m.: Breaking and entering into a motor vehicle was reported at  residence on O'Malley Road.

10:32 a.m.: Fraud and forgery was reported at on Boston Post Road West.

11:43 a.m.: Threats were reported on Mountain Avenue.

12:15 p.m.:  A motor vehicle crash with property damage was reported on Chestnut Street and Pleasant Street.

2:19 p.m.: Police responded to a burglar alarm at on Donald J Lynch Boulevard.

4:22 p.m.: A disturbance was reported on Stevens Street.

6:39 p.m.: Threats were reported on Wakefield Road.

10:22 p.m.: A disturbance was reported on Fontaine Street.

Sunday, Aug. 12

1:35 a.m.: Police made a motor vehicle stop at the on Main Street. Christopher J Couldrey, 22, of 95 Monson Rd. in Stafford Springs, CT, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, a marked lanes violation, and following too closely under a state highway traffic violation.

1:42 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at a on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard. Daniel Lee Graham, 33, of 2115 Road M in Milligan, New Brunswick, Canada, was arrested and charged with domestic assault and battery.

4:22 a.m.: Police responded to a burglar alarm on Taylor Road.

10:28 a.m.: Police responded to a 911 hangup call at Glenhaven Carriage House on Framingham Road.

2:43 p.m.: Police responded to serve summons at Royal Crest Apartments on Royal Crest Drive.

3:48 p.m.: Police responded to a report of threats at an apartment on Washington Street. Jacqueline D. Wood, 52, of 79 Nicholas Rd. in Framingham, was arrested and charged with two counts of assault and battery and disorderly conduct. Marc Wood, 47, of 90 Hartford St. in Framingham, was arrested and charged with assault and battery and disorderly conduct.

6:20 p.m.: Police responded to a motor vehicle crash with property damage at Embassy Suites on Boston Post Road West.

8:09 p.m.: Assault was reported on Pleasant Street.

9:26 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at a four family residence on Warren Avenue.

Monday, Aug. 13

12:55 a.m.: Suspicious activity was reported on Witherbee Street.

7 a.m.: Police responded to a report of an animal complaint at a residence on Peters Avenue.
