Police Log: Multiple Arrests, Vandalism Reports

The following information was supplied by the Marlborough Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction. All arrests are reported.

Friday, May 11 

8:57 a.m.: Police investigated a report of breaking and entering in to a motor vehicle on Sudbury St.  

9:00 a.m.: Police took a report of vandalism from a home on Settlers Ln.

11:57 a.m.: Police investigated a car accident that involved property damage but not injury on Donald Lynch Blvd. 

12:40 p.m.: Police enforced parking regulations at Hannaford Super Market.

1:47 p.m.: Police assisted the parties involved in an accident with no injuries at Ocean State Job Lot. 

8:06 p.m.: Police took a report of a restraining order violation at the . 

9:06 p.m.: Police made an arrest after investigating a reported assault at 33 Belmont St. Jorge O. Rivera Jr., 26, of 17A Second St., Framingham, was arrested on charges of assault and battery on a child with injury, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery and reckless endangerment to children under 18. 

Saturday, May 12 

6:48 a.m.: Police took a report of vandalism to an address on Farm Rd. 

7:01 a.m.: Police investigated a possible restraining order violation on Lincoln Ct. 

9:10 a.m.: A warrant arrest was made in the vicinity of 99 Clinton St. Sarah L. Thorsen, 32, of 99 Clinton St., Marlborough, was arrested on a true warrant. 

10:19 a.m.: Police took a report of a breaking and entering into a motor vehicle on Farm Rd. 

10:45 a.m.: Police responded to a car accident with property damage but not injuries at the on Boston Post Rd. 

11:19 a.m.: Police took a report of larceny from a resident of Farm Rd. 

5:10 p.m.: A resident of Church St. reported a motor vehicle break-in. 

5:26 p.m.: Police took a report of vandalism from an address on Farm Rd. 

7:25 p.m.: Police took a report of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle on Sunshine Dr. 

8:31 p.m.: Police took a report and issued a criminal complaint for  harassment on Farm Rd.

9:00 p.m.: A car accident at involved property damage but no injuries. 

Sunday, May 13 

3:58 a.m.: After a reported motor vehicle involving injuries on Cook Ln. at Pheasant Hill Rd., police made an arrest. Adam Sachs, 38, of 21 Ash St., Hopkinton, was charged with operating under the influence of liquor. 

10:19 a.m.: Police took a report of vandalism to an address on LIberty St. Three more reports of vandalism on the street came in to police within an hour. 

10:26 a.m.: More vandalism was reported, this time at Avalon Orchards. 

11:25 a.m.: A past breaking-and-entering into a home on Bigelow St. was reported. 

11:33 a.m.: Vandalism was reported at on East Main St. 

2:11 p.m.: An accident outside the involved property damage but no injuries. 

8:58 p.m.: After a report of an erratic operator on Framingham Rd., police made an arrest. Keith D. Haworth, 21, of 139B Broadmeadow Rd., Apt. 2, Marlborough, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence of liquor and possession of a class B drug.
