Police Log: Motor Vehicle Stop Leads to Drug Arrest

Thursday, Aug. 16

7:47 a.m.: Police responded to a burglar alarm at an office building on Crowley Street.

9:36 a.m.: A motor vehicle crash with property damage was reported at on Boston Post Road East.

11:52 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a disturbance at on Main Street. Brenda Beatty, 49, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

12:52 p.m.: Larceny was reported at Abercrombie and Fitch on Donald J Lynch Boulevard.

3:35 p.m.: Larceny was reported at a residence on East Main Street.

3:41 p.m.: A motor vehicle crash with property damage was reported at Office Max on Boston Post Road West.

5:57 p.m.: Police responded to serve a restraining order at a residence on Preston Street.

8:32 p.m.: A motor vehicle accident with a hospital transport was reported on Rte 495, south of SIM.

9:58 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a suspicious motor vehicle at on Donald J Lynch Boulevard.

11:39 p.m.: Police made a motor vehicle stop on Bolton Street. Macilon G Deoliveira, 32, of 79 Central St. in Hudson, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, speeding in violation of a special regulation and drug possession.

Friday, Aug. 17

12:05 a.m.: A disturbance was reported at on East Main Street.

12:53 a.m.: Police responded to a disturbance at on Main Street. Cesar Alexander Piedra, 27, of 276 Main St., was arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon.

2:15 a.m.: Police responded to a report of suspicious activity on Frye Street.
