Police Log: Missing Persons, Second OUI, Assault Arrest

The following information was supplied by the Marlborough Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction. All arrests are reported.

Wednesday, Feb. 29:

7:25 a.m.: An act of vandalism was reported at VFW Post 638, 17 Fitchburg St.

9:54 a.m.: A report of fraud/forgery was given to police at 160 Berlin Rd.

11:21 a.m.: There was a motor vehicle crash with property damage at Dunkin Donuts, 681 Boston Post Rd. E. Scanner traffic indicated that a driver drove into the drive through, rather than through it. No charges were filed in the incident. 

12:39 p.m.: A past instance of domestic disturbance was reported by faculty at , 431 Bolton St.

1:26 p.m.: Jeffrey S. Miller, 34, of 124 Manning St., Apt. 1, Hudson, was arrested during a motor vehicle stop in the vicinity of the Marriot Courtyard Marlborough, 75 Felton St. He was charged with an outstanding warrant. 

2:20 p.m.: A past assault was reported at the , 25 Union St. 

5:35 p.m.: Francisco Robles, 23, of 23 Eames St., Framingham, was arrested during a domestic disturbance at 64 Grant St., and charged with assault and battery. 

5:48 p.m.: A missing person is reported at 28 Peters Ave. 

6:26 p.m.: During a motor vehicle stop near the intersection of Simpson Road and Miles Standish Drive, police arrested Jerome S. Malsky Jr., 38, of 87 Simpson Rd., for second offense OUI, motor vehicle lights violations and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. 

6:27 p.m.: Threats were reportedly made against an individual at 202 Lakeshore Dr. 

10:10 p.m.: Services were rendered when a missing person was reported at 5 Witherbee Ter.
