10:18 a.m.: A report concerning harassment is filed at 9 Gibbons St. 

12:27 p.m.: There is a motor vehicle crash with injuries in the vicinity of 59 Hosmer St. 

3:22 p.m.: Police respond to a motor vehicle crash with injuries in the vicinity of , 247 Maple St. 

4:12 p.m.: A report is filed concerning breaking and entering into a motor vehicle at , 157 Union St.

1:25 a.m.: During a motor vehicle stop in the area of Bolton and Brimshead streets, police arrest Robert W. Chipman, 21, of 290 Berlin St., Apt. 41, Berlin, for OUI liquor, a motor vehicle lights violation and civil possession of a Class D drug (marijuana). 

2:35 a.m.: A past instance of breaking and entering/burglary is reported at a residence, 139 Phelps St. 

7:30 p.m.: A citation/warning is issued during a motor vehicle stop near the intersection of Mechanic and Chestnut streets.

11:57 a.m.: An act of fraud/forgery is reported at 68 Kings Grant Rd. 

4:52 p.m.: Nanette M. Sahagian, 42, of 496 Lincoln St., Apt. 21, is arrested on an outstanding warrant at the Ranch Boarding House, 496 Lincoln St. 

11:52 p.m.: A report of threats made is given to police at 16 Front St.
