Police Log: Man with a Gun, Drug Investigation at High School

Monday, March 12: 

1:37 a.m.: Suspicious activity was investigated in the vicinity of the , 114 East Main St. 

8:49 a.m.: A hold-up alarm sounded and police checked and secured the building at 103 Mechanic St., Apt. E2.

11:19 a.m.: A drug investigation was conducted at , 431 Bolton St. 

12:02 p.m.: Police assisted EMS and fire personnel that responded to a 90-year-old possible stroke victim at 74 Robin Hood Rd.

3:47 p.m.: Officers filed a report concerning suspicious activity at Hannoush Jewelers in the , 601 Donald J. Lynch Blvd.

4:43 p.m.: An abandoned motor vehicle was found at 25 Newton St., and police services were rendered. 

7:10 p.m.: There was a motor vehicle crash with reported head injuries near the intersection of Lincoln and Mechanic streets.

8:07 p.m.: A past instance of breaking and entering/burglary was investigated at 23C Mount Pleasant St. 

9:36 p.m.: Suspicious activity was reported in the vicinity of , 54 Main St. Scanner traffic indicated that reporting parties had seen a man with a gun lurking about the business, possibly trying to gain entry. Police had not arrested anyone as of this post. No other information was immediately available. 

9:40 p.m.: Officers responded to a domestic disturbance at 131 Pleasant St., Apt. 3.

11:21 p.m.: A report of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle was given to police at 10 Weed St.
