Police Log: Man Runs from Police, Stolen Car

The following information was supplied by the Marlborough Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction. All arrests are reported.

Tuesday, May 1:

3:18 a.m.: Michael S. Hurst, 51, of 624 Boston Post Rd. E., Apt. 6, was arrested after police responded to a disturbance at the Sheffield Court Condominiums. He was charged with disturbing the peace and possession of a Class A drug. 

8:18 a.m.: There was a 209A (proximity order) violation reported at the Marlborough Housing Authority, 29 Pleasant St.

8:35 a.m.: Officers responded to a motor vehicle crash with injuries near the intersection of Lakeside Avenue and Glen St. Scanner reports indicated injuries were seriously, but there was a large amount of debris in the roadway. 

10:29 a.m.: A stolen car was reported at the , 276 Main St.

2:03 p.m.: Sex offenses were reported to police by an individual at the , 25 Union St. 

3:28 p.m.: There was a motor vehicle crash with injuries in the vicinity of 319 East Main St. 

5:02 p.m.: During a motor vehicle stop near the intersection of Central and Mechanic streets, police arrested Ronaldo Dias, 36, of 312 Franklin, Apt. 1, Framingham, for subsequent offense operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, and failure to stop for police. 

6:09 p.m.: A report of fraud/forgery was given to police at 83 Pleasant St. 

9:41 p.m.: Services were rendered when officers investigated a suspicious motor vehicle outside , 11 Florence St. 

11:15 p.m.: Threats were reportedly made against an individual, and a report was filed at police headquarters, 355 Bolton St.
