Police Log: Man Charged with OUI, Second Offense, Negligent Driving

The following information is provided by the Marlborough Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Wednesday, Nov. 27

10:19 a.m.: A theft was reported on Farm Road.

10:46 a.m.: A fraud or a forgery was reported on Boivin Drive.

6:11 p.m.: A car crash with injury was reported on West Main Street.

6:59 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at a home on Belmont Street.

7:33 p.m.: Police received a report of a car crash on Cullinane Drive. Police responded and arrested Robert Loyd Wright, 27, of 44 Fitchbur RD., Apt. 421, Townsend, on charges of OUI liquor, second offense, leaving the scene of property damage and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

8:36 p.m.: Vandalism was reported at a home on Stevens Street.

8:47 p.m.: A disturbance was reported on Chestnut Street.

10:24 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at an apartment on Broad Street.

Thursday, Nov. 28

12:44 a.m.: Suspicious activity was reported at First Congregational Church on High Street.

1:06 a.m.: A car crash with injury was reported on Stevens Street at State Street.

1:35 a.m.: A disturbance was reported at the Bolton Street Tavern.

1:56 a.m.: A disturbance was reported at Marlborough High School.

2:00 a.m.: A breaking-and-entering into a motor vehicle was reported on Stearns Road.

10:32 a.m.: Vandalism was reported at a residence on Pleasant Street.

12:29 p.m.: A theft was reported on Pleasant Street.

1:07 p.m.: Police received a report of a domestic disturbance. Police responded to Lake Williams Condos and arrested Ronaldo Alves Rabelo, 39, of 273 W. Main St., Apt. A10, Marlborough, on a charge of assault and battery.

5:40 p.m.: Threats were reported at Flaming Wok on Broad Street.
