Police Log: Local Resident Charged with Third OUI

Wednesday, May 16  

1:06 a.m.: Police took a report of a past burglary and breaking and entering from a resident of Chestnut St. 

9:26 a.m.: Police assisted with an ambulance call at Marlborough District Court.

12:44 p.m.: Police responded to a motor vehicle accident with property damage but no injuries at Hildlreth and Church streets. 

12:56 p.m.: A report of a past burglary and breaking and entering was taken from a home on Cotting Ave.

1:10 p.m.: A resident of Newton St. reported a harassment. 

1:31 p.m.: A motor vehicle accident at Fremont St near the Marlborough Medical Building involved property damage but no injuries. 

2:17 p.m.: An officer served a restraining order to a residence on Highland St. 

2:54 p.m.: Police took a report of larceny from MetroWest Lawn and Power Equipment LLC on Maple St. 

6:17 p.m.: An officer served a restraining order to an address on Cook Ln. 

7:30 p.m.: Police responded to Wildwood Steakhouse, where they made an arrest. Alexandra Arrivillaga, 32, of 27 Royal Crest Dr. Apt. 7, Marlborough, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence of liquor and operating under the influence of drugs. 

11:24 p.m.: Police investigated a disturbane on Fairmount St. 

Thursday, May 17 

1:18 a.m.: After a motor vehicle stop on Grant St., police arrested Michael G. Davis, 41, of 56 Newton St., Apt. B, Marlborough, on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, third offense.
