Police Log: Lewd Behavior Arrest on Main St.

Friday,May 18 

1:42 a.m.: Police investigated a report of suspicious activity at Liberty Hill Apartments on Main St. 

2:37 a.m: Police investigated vandalism at a private residence on Witherbee St.

8:16 a.m.: A motor vehicle accident involving property damage only was reported on Union St. near the Whitcomb School.

10:05 a.m.: A motor vehicle accident with no personal injury was reported at Wayside Racquet & Swim, 80 Broadmeadow Rd.

11:35 a.m.: Police investigated a disturbance at the Marlborough Housing Authority on Bolton St. 

12:12 p.m.: Police took a report of larceny from Zarape Restaurant on 33 Maple St. 

2:41 p.m.: On Second Rd., police arrested Thomas P. Ferrera, 50, of 112 Lakeshore Dr., Marlborough, on charges of violating an abuse prevention order. 

4:31 p.m.: A motor vehicle accident with property damage only was reported on Donald Lynch Blvd. 

5:00 p.m.: A motor vehicle accident with property damage only was reported at McDonald's restaurant on Maple St. 

9:49 p.m.: Police took a report of larceny from a business on Donald Lynch Blvd.  

Saturday, May 19

10:19 a.m.: Police took a report of a disturbance from a residence on Winter St. 

11:54 a.m.: Police assisted with a motor vehicle accident on West Main St. that involved personal injuries. 

12:26 p.m.: After a motor vehicle stop, police arrested Delrubens Silva, 29, of 4 Carlstol St., Worcester, on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and violation of DPW rules and regulations. 

1:46 p.m.: Police took a report of fraud or forgery from Chipotle Grill on Boston Post Rd. 

9:50 p.m.: A report of a suspicious motor vehicle on Briarwood Ln. led to the arrest of Virgilio M. Montero, 43, of 18 Brook St. Apt. 2, Marlborough, on charges of leaving the scene of an accident with person injury and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Sunday, May 20 

1:14 a.m.: Following a 911 call that brought them to Jefferson at Wheeler Hill Apartments on Christie Way, police arrested Dennis Fisette, 30, of 71 Christie Way, Apt. 43H, Marlborough, on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. 

2:36 a.m: After a disabled motor vehicle was reported on Union Ave., police arrested Brigette M. Sanchez, 31, of 72 Lincoln St., Apt. 2, Hudson, on charges of operating under the influence of liquor. 

3:51 a.m.: After a motor vehicle stop on Lakeside Ave., police arrested Vanessa L. Burton, 25, of 44 Rindge State Rd., Ashburnham, on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, speeding in violation of special regulations and failing to meet RMV safety standards. 

1:36 p.m.: Police took a report of larceny at New England Sports Center on Donald Lynch Blvd. 

5:26 p.m. : After caller told police a man was masturbating on a staircase near 91 Main St., police arrested Guy T. Whener, 45, of 276 Main St. Apt. 14, Marlborough, on charges of lewd, wanton and lascivious conduct and open and gross lewdness. 

9:48 p.m.: Police took a report of harassment at a business on Boston Post Rd. 

11:18 p.m.: Police took a report of an assault from a residence on Lincoln St.
