Police Log: Hudson Man is Arrested for Assaulting Pregnant Woman

Wednesday, Nov. 23:

7:26 a.m.: During a motor vehicle stop near the Gulf Gas Station, 410 Lakeside Ave., officers arrest Erin J. Gale, 24, of 225 Holden St., Holden, on an outstanding warrant. 

10:29 a.m.: Breaking and entering into a motor vehicle is reported at the Bell Wheeler Hill Apartments, 39 Austin Way, 51 Christie Way.

4:02 p.m.: Israel Gonzalez, 24, of 46 Mendon St., Apt. 1, Worcester, is arrested during a motor vehicle stop and charged with failure to signal and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked license. 

5:46 p.m.: After responding to a domestic disturbance on Boston Post Road East, police arrest Roger A. Ruby, 22, of 181 Boston Post Rd. E., Apt. 14, and charge him with assault and battery on a pregnant person and wanton destruction of property under $250.

11:04 p.m.: An harassment order violation is reported at the Marlborough Housing Authority, 29 Pleasant St., Apt. D8.


Thursday, Nov. 24:

12:51 a.m.: A citation/warning is issued during a motor vehicle stop in the vicinity of Home Depot, 701 Boston Post Rd. E. 

1:41 a.m.: There is a motor vehicle accident with injuries near the intersection of Concord Road and LaMarre Drive. 

2:43 a.m.: Stephen E. Almada, 27, of 22 Lakeside Ave., Hudson, is arrested at 668 Stow Rd. during a domestic incident. He is charged with assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. 

4:30 p.m.: A criminal complaint is filed after a 209A (proximity order) violation is reported at 42 Holly Hill Ln. 

7:03 p.m.: There is a motor vehicle accident with injuries in the area of Route 20 and the 495 north junction. 

10:38 p.m.: Police stop an erratic motor vehicle operator on 495 southbound and arrest John G. Blomgren, 59, of 52 Valentine St., Apt. 2, New Bedford, on charges of (second offense) OUI liquor and marked lanes violations.
