Police Log: Homeless Man Arrested

The following information is provided by the Marlborough police department. Where arrests are listed, the charges do not indicate a conviction. All arrests are reported.

Wednesday, May 30 

8:55 a.m.: Police took a missing person report from Kindred Transitional Care and Rehab on Bolton St. 

 11:08 a.m.: After responding to a disturbance on Peltier St., police made an arrest. Joseph B. Tremmel, 27, who police listed as homeless, was chugged with violation of an abuse prevention order.

11:31 a.m.: Police took a report of harassment from a residence on Brown St. 

12:24 p.m.: Police took a report of fraud or forgery from a business on Northboro Rd.

1:05 p.m.: Police took a harassment report from a resident at the Royal Crest Apartments. 

2:40 p.m: A past breaking-and-entering and burglary was reported on Liberty St. 

3:20 p.m: Vandalism was reported on the rail trail near 295 Hudson St. 

5:31 a.m.: A motor vehicle accident involving property damage but no injuries was reported on W. Main St. 

7:17 p.m. : A motor vehicle accident involving property damage but no injuries was reported outside on Donald Lynch Blvd.
