Police Log: Dozens Arrested in Marlborough Drug Sweep

Wednesday, Jan. 18:

7:31 a.m.: An act of vandalism is reported at the Heights of Marlborough Apartments, 26 Briarwood Ln. 

7:41 a.m.: There is a motor vehicle crash with property damage near the intersection of Farm and Broadmeadow roads. 

11:40 a.m.: A drug offense is reported to police at , 215 Fitchburg St. 

3:05 p.m.: Juan A. Gonzalez, 41, of 14 Newton Pl., 1st Fl., Framingham is arrested on a warrant and impeding an investigation through witness intimidation.

Ernesto Lee Torres, 19, of 105 Washington St., Apt. 2, is arrested on an outstanding warrant. 

Renato F. Guerra, 21, of 219 Lincoln St., Apt. 2nd fl., is arrested for possession of a Class B drug, distribution of a Class B drug, drug violations near a school/park (Cottage Children's Center on Lincoln Street), conspiracy and two outstanding warrants. 

Adam Somers, 17, of 1329 Old Worcester Rd., Framingham, is arrested on an outstanding warrant. 

Donald C. Bell, 19, of 290 Lincoln St., Apt. 1, is arrested on two outstanding warrants. 

Juan Carlos Matos, 36, of 85 Broad St., Apt. 326, is arrested on an outstanding warrant. 

Waldemar Rosa-Rivera, 22, of 5 Witherbee Ter., is arrested on conspiracy charges.

Levi I. Alves, 19, of 273 West Main St., Apt. 8, is arrested on an outstanding warrant. 

Emanuel Souza Aguilar, 21, of 24 Brook St., Apt. 1, is arrested on an outstanding warrant. 

Christopher Aragao, 19, of 50 West Main St., is arrested on an outstanding warrant. 

A 16-year-old juvenile is arrested for distributing, manufacturing, dispersing and cultivating a Class D drug (marijuana), violating drug law near a school or park and conspiracy to violate drug law. 

Lucas Matheus Arantes, 17, of 169 Lincoln St., Apt. 1, is arrested on an outstanding warrant. 

Joao-Paulo Batistao, 18, of 159 West Main St., Apt. 1, is arrested on an outstanding warrant. 

Brandon M. Byrne, 37, of 12 Lorin St., Apt. 7, Hudson, is arrested on an outstanding warrant. 

Oscar Carbajal, 32, of 479 Lincoln St., Apt. 7, is arrested for trafficking in 28 to 100 grams of cocaine, possession to distribute cocaine and an outstanding warrant.

Daniel D. Dasilva, 22, of 219 Lincoln St., Apt. 2nd, is arrested on an outstanding warrant. 

Tina Gerow, 41, of 183 Sherwood Dr. S., is arrested on an outstanding warrant. 

Corey R. Howard, 22, 112 Highland St., is arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Jennifer A. Hromjak, 40, of 19 Witherbee St., Apt. 2, is arrested for distributing, manufacturing, dispersing and cultivating a Class D drug (marijuana), violating drug law near a school or park (Washington St.) and conspiracy to violate drug law with an unkown person. 

Sarah A. Johnson, 27, of 5 Lincoln St., Apt. 2, is arrested on an outstanding warrant. 

Christ Olen Lys, 19, of 22 Lowell St., Waltham, is arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Betty Marie Melo, 31, of 183 Sherwood Dr. S., is arrested on an outstanding warrant. 

Brian K. Muse, 48, of 32 Main St., Apt. 8, is arrested on an oustanding warrant. 

Eblin H. Perez, 21, of 273C West Main St., Apt. 3, is arrested for distributing, manufacturing, dispersing and cultivating a Class D drug (marijuana), conspiracy to violate drug law with D. Russell and S. Downer and two counts of inducing a minor to distribute drugs.

Jason Uriano, 34, of 58 Emmett St., Apt. 1, is arrested on an outstanding warrant. 

Joseph A. White, 46, of 208 Pleasant St., Apt. 1, is arrested on an outstanding warrant. 

Matheus Wienen, 20, of Hudson, is arrested on an outstanding warrant. 

Tyler Guerra, 18, of 105 Sterling St., Apt. 1, Worcester, is arrested on an outstanding warrant. 

A 16-year-old juvenile is arrested on two counts of conspiracy and possession to distribute a Class D drug. 

Joao-Paulo Batistao, 18, of 159 West Main St., Apt. 1, is arrested on an outstanding warrant. 

10:34 p.m.: After responding to a motor vehicle crash with injuries in the area of Charter Road and Stevens Street, police arrest Fallon Saari, 19, of 135 Old Charter Rd., on charges of OUI drugs, possession of a Class B drug and violations of a city ordinance.
