Police Log: Disturbances, Arrest for Disorderly Conduct at Holiday Inn

The following information is provided by the Marlborough Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Saturday, Dec. 7

2:00 p.m.: Police responded to Talbot's at Solomon Pond Mall for a report of shoplifting.

3:00 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at a home on Broad Street.

6:31 p.m.: Harassment was reported at a vacant apartment on Warren Avenue.

7:06 p.m.: A theft was reported at a two-family home on Devens Street.

8:13 p.m.: A theft was reported at New England Sports Center on Donald Lynch Boulevard.

10:39 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at Royal Crest Apartments.

Sunday, Dec. 8

12:43 a.m.: A disturbance was reported at the Heights of Marlborough Apartments on Briarwood Lane.

3:21 a.m.: A disturbance was reported at Stone Gate Apartments on Saint Ives Way.

11:55 a.m.: Vandalism was reported at the Victorian Guest House on Newton Street.

12:01 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at Best Buy on Donald Lynch Boulevard.

1:44 p.m.: A theft was reported at an apartment on Pleasant Street.

2:45 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at Marlborough Hospital.

6:46 p.m.: Following a motor vehicle stop on Main Street at Rawlins Avenue, police arrested Roger M. Garcia, 23, of 24 Grant Court, Apt. C, Marlborough, on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and having a revoked registration.

7:40 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at a four-unit apartment house on Broad Street.

8:15 p.m: A disturbance was reported at Sorrento's restaurant on Main Street.

11:45 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at Residence Inn by Marriott on Donald Lynch Boulevard.

Monday, Dec. 9

12:18 a.m.: A disturbance was reported at Residence Inn by Marriott.

12:31 a.m.: Police responded to a disturbance at Holiday Inn on Lakeside Drive. Police arrested Daniel Argast Brown, 42, of 1133 Prospect Lane, Orefield, PA, on a charge of disorderly conduct.
