Police Log: Detectives Investigate Robbery in Williamsburg Heights

Wednesday, Jan. 11:

1:29 a.m.: After responding to a domestic disturbance at the Modern Guest House, 8 Cotting Ave., police arrest Enrique Pabon Jr., 43, of 16B Interfaith Ter., Framingham, and charge him with assault and battery. 

8:06 a.m.: A stolen car is reported at 342 Lincoln St., Apt. 205.

11:00 a.m.: A police officer injury report is filed in , 45 Williams St. 

1:33 p.m.: A report of threats is made against an individual at 144 Highland St.

2:15 p.m.: There is a motor vehicle crash with personal injuries investigated near the intersection of Boston Post Road East and Wayside Inn Road. 

3:15 p.m.: A past instance of breaking and entering burglary is reported at 37 Mohican Path. Police said there was no one home at the time of the robbery and it is currently under investigation. No arrests have been made. Management of the Williamsburg Heights community advised residents and owners to take care to lock doors and windows, and report any suspicious activity to police. 

5:50 p.m.: Todd D. McIntyre, 38, of 28 Ewald St., is arrested when officers serve a warrant at his address. McIntyre was for public lewdness and other charges. 

7:24 p.m.: An act of fraud/forgery is reported at 22 Dartmouth St. 

10:59 p.m.: A citation/warning is issued during a motor vehicle stop in the vicinity of , 146 Maple St.
