Police Log: Cops Respond to Death, Make OUI Arrest After Crash

Tuesday, Dec. 20:

3:47 a.m.: Officers respond to a report of breaking and entering into motor vehicles in the vicinity of 319 East Main St., and subsequently arrest Manny Junior Casillas, 20, of 220 Lincoln St., Apt. Fl 2, on charges of assault and battery and five counts of breaking and entering into a vehicle/boat in the nighttime for a felony. .

8:58 a.m.: A report of fraud/forgery is given to police at 40 Western View Dr.

9:28 a.m.: A missing person is reported at 46 Broad St. 

10:49 a.m.: Services are rendered when officers serve an harassment order to an individual at the Ranch Boarding House, 496 Lincoln St., Apt. 21.

1:07 p.m.: An unattended death is investigated at the Princeton Green Condominiums, 760 Farm Rd., Apt. 203. 

4:12 p.m.: A report of fraud/forgery is investigated at 27 Maddox Rd.

6:50 p.m.: There is a motor vehicle accident with property damage in the vicinity of , 240 East Main St. 

8:27 p.m.: After responding to a motor vehicle crash in the vicinity of 319 East Main St., Keith L. Teele, 43, of 38 Maple St., Apt. 4, is arrested and charged with OUI liquor, operating a motor vehicle with suspended/revoked license, driving with a revoked registration, driving an uninsured motor vehicle, red light violations, possession of open container of alcohol in a vehicle, failure to notify RMV of name/address change and leaving the scene of an accident. 

9:20 p.m.: James Francis Nelson, 55, of 202 Lakeshore Dr., is arrested at Cap Auto Parts, 31 Main St., Apt. C, on an outstanding warrant.
