Police Log: Cops Respond to 2 Deaths, Suicide Attempt on Christmas Eve

Thursday, Dec. 22:

9:33 a.m.: Police investigate a report of threats at an apartment at 184 Mechanic St. 

11:03 a.m.: A report of fraud/forgery is made at 215 Prospect St.

1:47 p.m.: Officers investigate the report of a stolen car at Bell Wheeler Hill Apartments, 51 Christie Way, Apt. 50A.

2:53 p.m.: MPD checks on a 911 hangup call from the Whitcomb School, 25 Union St.

4:41 p.m.: Renato F. Guerra, 21, of 219 Lincoln St., Apt. 2nd Fl., is arrested at the same address on two outstanding warrants and possession of a Class B drug. 

5:39 p.m.: Services are rendered when police deal with an harassment order violation at 59 Frye St. 

11:07 p.m.: During a domestic disturbance at 214 Broad St., Apt. 2, Christopher J. Burton, 37, of 10 Stone Dr., Northborough, is arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. 


Friday, Dec. 23:

8:54 a.m.: A report of assault is taken at the , 25 Union St.

10:01 a.m.: A report of breaking and entering/burglary is made at the Marlborough Savings Bank, 71 Boston Post Rd. E. . 

1:09 p.m.: Another report of assault is given at the Whitcomb School, 25 Union St. 

5:04 p.m.: A stolen car is reported at , 157 Union St. 

8:37 p.m.: Police investigate a report of an erratic operator in the vicinity of the Hess Gas Station, 770 Boston Post Rd. E. 

10:56 p.m.: Walter J. Smith is arrested at the Lake Williams Condos, 273 West Main St., after police respond to a report of an assault at the address. He is charged with three counts of assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. 


Saturday, Dec. 24:

12:33 a.m.: Breaking and entering/burglary is reported at an office building, 100 Crowley Dr., and officers arrest Arthur J. Murphy, 55, of 42 Whittier Rd., and charge him with larceny from a building and breaking and entering a building in the nighttime for a felony. 

1:18 a.m.: Damon E. Jett, 34, of 62 Bartlett St., Northborough, is arrested at , 11 Florence St., Apt. C, after police respond to a disturbance. He is charged with disorderly conduct, two counts of assault and battery, malicious destruction of property over $250 and resisting arrest. 

5:32 a.m.: Officers respond to a report of an unattended death at 27 Westboro Rd. 

5:23 p.m.: During a motor vehicle stop in the area of of 462 Elm St., Edward E. Dilling, 52, of 59 Auburn St. Ext., Apt. 7, Framingham, is arrested for subsequent offense operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving with a revoked registration, attaching the wrong plates and on an another outstanding warrant. 

6:50 p.m.: A report is filed after police investigate an unattended death at 17 McNeil Cir. 

9:51 p.m.: MPD makes a medical assistance call to the , 181 Boston Post Rd. W., after scanner traffic reports that an individual had jumped from a fifth floor of the hotel. The person is transported by helicopter to an area hospital. (No other information was available)

5:36 a.m.: While investigating a suspicious motor vehicle at the Scrub a Dub Auto Wash, 216 Maple St., officers arrest William T. Zilembo, 21, of 42 Briarwood Ln., Apt. 2, for possession to distribute a Class D drug (marijuana). 

1:06 p.m.: Jorge O. Rivera Jr., 25, of 17A Second St., Framingham, is arrested at 33 Belmont St., on charges of violating an abuse prevention order and assault and battery. 

8:54 p.m.: After responding to a disturbance at the Ridgewood Condominiums, 206 Bolton St., Apt. 11, police arrest Rita Castro Filgueiras, 36, of 44 Pembroke St., on charges of assault and battery. 


Monday, Dec. 26:

11:27 a.m.: Barton E. Boykin, 35, of 93-01 Francis Lewis Blvd., Queens Village, NY, is arrested at the Heights at Marlborough Apartments, 3 Briarwood Ln., and charged with assault and battery. 

1:17 p.m.: A report of fraud/forgery is made at 11 Grant St. 

9:13 p.m.: Severino Magno Barros, 26, of 136 Central St., Apt. A7, Hudson, is arrested at the Meadows at Marlborough, 11 Broadmeadow Rd., Apt. 6, and charged with assault and battery.
