Police Log: Cops Make Multiple OUI, Drug Arrests on New Years Weekend

Friday, Dec. 30: 

12:18 p.m.: Breaking and entering into a motor vehicle is reported at , 157 Union St. 

3:09 p.m.: A report of larceny is filed at 58 Emmett St., Apt. 1.

5:36 p.m.: A report of fraud/forgery is made at the Cider Hill Condominiums, 158 Boston Post Rd. E., Apt. 4. 

10:13 p.m.: Police respond to a reported structure fire at 172 Elm St. They arrive on scene to discover it has been extinguished.

Saturday, Dec. 31: 

4:24 a.m.: A past instance of breaking and entering/burglary is reported at the West Ender, 493 Boston Post Rd. W. 

8:29 a.m.: Services are rendered when police respond to a report of a missing person at 100 Phelps St., Apt. 1. 

11:13 a.m.: There is a motor vehicle crash with property damage in the vicinity of , 230 East Main St., Apt. B. 

11:48 a.m.: After responding to a report of a suspicious motor vehicle in the area of 168 Pleasant St., police arrest Coltt Michael Boston, 23, of 308 Plantation St., Worcester, and charge him with OUI drugs, marked lanes violations, license not in possession, and three counts of possession of a Class E drug. (Class E substance charges are typically for lighter doses of prescription narcotics containing codeine [Tylenol #3], morphine, or opium.)

1:21 p.m.: Donald Edward Bardsley Jr., 34, of 58 Clarke Dr. is arrested during a disturbance call at the same address and charged with two counts of assault and battery, indecent assault on a person 14 or over and impeding an investigation through witness intimidation. 

8:01 p.m.: An assault on 495 Southbound in Marlborough is reported to police. No arrests were made. 

9:58 p.m.: Rana L. Coakley, 37, of 608 Boston Post Rd. E., Apt. 16, is arrested during a motor vehicle stop in the vicinity of the Sheffield Court Condominiums, 596 Boston Post Rd. E. She is charged with operating a motor vehicle on a suspended/revoked license, refusing to identify self or giving false name and carrying a dangerous weapon. 


Sunday, Jan. 1:

12:34 a.m.: During a well-being check at the Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel, 181 Boston Post Rd. W., officers arrest John Eric Comeau, 42, of 32 Old Coach, Atkinson, N.H., and charge him with assault and battery. 

3:06 a.m.: George R. Brown, 31, of 38 Maple St., Apt. 2, is arrested during a motor vehicle stop in the area of 109 Cook Ln. He is charged with second OUI liquor and marked lanes violations. 

3:15 a.m.: Suspicious activity is reported in the area of the , and police subsequently arrest Alexie Soto Villanueva, 26, of 37 Lincoln St., Apt. 1, and charge her with possession of a Class B drug (Class B substances include Cocaine; prescription opiates such as Oxycontin, Oxycodone [Percodan/Percocet], and Codiene, Methadone; LSD; MDMA; Ecstasy [XTC]; PCP; Amphetamines [speed]; & Methamphetamine [meth]. 

12:19 p.m.: Brett Stambovsky, 25, of 79 Lynnwood Dr., Longmeadow, is arrested in the area of 55 Warren Dr., on an outstanding warrant and breaking and entering for a misdemeanor. 

6:09 p.m.: Services are rendered when police respond to a report of an erratic motor vehicle driver near the intersection of Lincoln and Howland streets. 


Monday, Jan. 2:

10:49 a.m.: Threats are reported at a residence, 196 West Main St. 

12:46 p.m.: A report of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle is reported at the Bell Wheeler Hill Apartments, 19 Bronte Way. 

1:49 p.m.: A stolen motor vehicle is recovered by police in the area of 58 Emmett St. 

4:46 p.m.: A citation/warning is issued during a motor vehicle stop in the vicinity of , 521 Donald J. Lynch Blvd.

6:01 p.m.: Christopher J. Definis, 23, of 276 Main St., Apt. 23, is arrested during a disturbance at the McDonald Hotel, 276 Main St. He is charged with assault and battery, impeding an investigation through witness intimidation, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and vandalizing property. 

9:18 p.m.: A criminal complaint is filed after police respond to suspicious activity in the area of 181 Boston Post Rd. E.
