Police Log: Cops Make 14 Arrests Over Weekend on OUIs, More

Friday, Nov. 18:

2:22 a.m.: Adam S. Somers, 17, of 1329 Old Worcester Rd. Framingham, is arrested during a motor vehicle stop near the intersection of Victoria and Ashley lanes. He is charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, minor possession of a BB gun/air rifle, civil possession of a Class D drug (marijuana) and carrying a dangerous weapon. 

6:57 a.m.: Breaking and entering into a motor vehicle is reported at 97 Onamog St.

8:44 a.m.: Breaking and entering into a motor vehicle is reported at 25 Peters Ave. 

9:05 a.m.: Richard A. Findley, 21, of 149 Lincoln St., Apt. 1, is arrested on two outstanding warrants.

11:07 a.m.: After responding to a shoplifting call at Sears, 521 Donald J. Lynch Blvd., Jonathan M. Vanasse, 26, of 103 Front St., Apt. 2, Clinton, is arrested for larceny over $250. 

2:37 p.m.: Jeffrey P. Bahosh, 23, of 21 Red Spring Rd., is arrested at the Marlborough Police Department, 355 Bolton St., and charged with larceny from a building. 

3:12 p.m.: During a motor vehicle stop in the area of Hunt's Mobil, 260 West Main St., officers arrest Marcus Aranda, 21, of 46 Union Ave., Apt. 7, Framingham. He is charged with subsequent offense of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. 

7:56 p.m.: Jazmyn D. Jones, 18, of 71 Oak St., Apt. 2, Clinton, is arrested for violating an abuse prevention order after police respond to 136 Lincoln St. 

8:51 p.m.: A missing person is reported at a residence, 97 Neil St. 


Saturday, Nov. 19: 

12:45 a.m.: A report is made concerning suspicious activity in the vicinity of Sorrento's Restaurant, 128 Main St. 

2:25 p.m.: Breaking and entering into a motor vehicle is reported at Avalon Orchards, 8 Avalon Dr., Apt. 9. 

3:12 p.m.: Charles T. Gargone Jr., 47, of 140 East Main St., is arrested on an outstanding warrant at Gargone Plastering, 140 East Main St.

3:52 p.m.: A missing person is reported at 97 Neil St. 

7:11 p.m.: There is a motor vehicle accident with injuries in the area of Pleasant and Ash streets.

7:35 p.m.: Officers respond to suspicious activity near the intersection of Grant and Lincoln streets, and arrest Jeronimo Alves Silva, 33, of 506 Lincoln St., Apt. 1, on two outstanding warrants. 


Sunday, Nov. 20:

2:18 a.m.: During a motor vehicle stop on the eastbound 495 bridge on Lakeside Ave., officers arrest Mark A. Braga, 31, of 7 Dartmouth St., Apt. 6, Maynard, for speeding and second offense OUI liquor. 

2:25 a.m.: Joshua B. Loughlin, 26, of 85 Marlboro Rd., Southborough, is arrested on an outstanding warrant and larceny from a common carrier. 

2:42 a.m.: David Perricone, 20, of 11 Chappellwood Rd., Framingham, is arrested during a motor vehicle stop in the area of Stephen Anthony's Restaurant, Boston Post Rd. E. He is charged with second offense OUI liquor, marked lanes violations, speeding in violation of a special regulation, refusing to give name/providing false name, possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, resisting arrest and assault and battery on a police officer. 

4:22 a.m.: Talles Pacheco, 29, of 124 Hosmer St., Apt. 9, is arrested for assault and battery after officers respond to a domestic disturbance at the Royal Crest Apartments, 124 Hosmer St., Apt. 9. 

8:49 a.m.: Anglea M. Lavoie, 36, of 276 Main St., Apt. 3, is arrested during a domestic disturbance at the McDonald Hotel, 276 Main St., Apt. 3, and charged with assault and battery. 

11:01 p.m.: After responding to a disturbance at 42 Holly Hill Ln., Fabio D. Mendes, 29, of 40 Cochituate, Framingham, is arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
