Police Log: Class A Drug Arrest, Suspicious Activity

The following information was supplied by the Marlborough Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction. All arrests are reported.

Friday, May 4:

2:14 a.m.: During a motor vehicle stop in the vicinity of the Frye Building, 342 Lincoln St., police arrested Andres J. Lopez, 23, of 19 Hastings St., Apt. 1, on an outstanding warrant. 

8:34 a.m.: An act of vandalism was reported at 144 Broad St.

9:54 a.m.: Larceny was reported at 261 West Main St. 

12:24 p.m.: After responding to suspicious activity at the Solomon Pond Mall, 601 Donald J. Lynch Blvd., police arrested Keith M. Duplisea, 23, of 8 Felton St., Hudson, and charged him with possession of a Class A drug.

3:59 p.m.: A report was made concerning suspicious phone calls at 81 Russell St., Apt. street. 

8:29 p.m.: Suspicious activity was reported at 185 Hildreth St. 


Saturday, May 5:

4:44 a.m.: Breaking and entering into a motor vehicle was reported at 34 Boudreau Ave.

7:09 a.m.: There was a motor vehicle crash with property damage in the vicinity of the Meadows at Marlborough, 93 Broadmeadow Rd. 

10:52 a.m.: An act of vandalism was investigated at a residence, 142 Wilson St. 

12:05 p.m.: Police arrested Joshua James Hines, 22, of 194 Chestnut St., Apt. 3, at the same address during an ambulance assist call. He was charged with disorderly conduct. 

3:35 p.m.: A domestic disturbance was investigated at Glenhaven Carriage House, 58 Framingham Rd. 

6:44 p.m.: Officers responded to the report of an assault at 22 Huntington Ave. 

9:26 p.m.: A citation/warning was issued during a motor vehicle stop in the area of Capital Liquors, 500 Boston Post Rd. E. 


Sunday, May 6:

11:53 a.m.: There was a motor vehicle crash with property damage in the area of 1027 Boston Post Rd. E. 

6:58 p.m.: An act of vandalism was investigated at Target, 605 Boston Post Rd. E. 

10:51 p.m.: Services were rendered when police investigated suspicious activity at 154 West Main St.
