Police Log: Burglary at Big Apple Deli

The following information is provided by the Marlborough Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Monday, Jan. 6

8:36 a.m.: Police received a harassment complaint on Mill Street North.

10:39 a.m.: A burglary was reported at Big Apple Deli on Boston Post Road East.

12:31 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at Marlborough Hospital.

3:50 p.m.: A theft was reported at Macy's at Solomon Pond Mall.

4:48 p.m.: Following a motor vehicle stop at Elm and Mechanic streets, police arrested Renato Francisco Deassis, 39, of 137 Forest Ave., Hudson, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended or revoked.

6:21 p.m.: Police responded to Hannaford, for a reported shoplifting. Police arrested Yeny Josefina Aguasvivas, 23, of 181 Boston Post Road West, Apt. 268, Marlborough, on charges of shoplifting more than $100 by asportation and intimidating a witness or impeding an investigation.

7:35 p.m.: Police pulled over a vehicle on Bolton Street. Police arrested Meagan Leigh Cardoso, 31, of 191 Country Club Blvd., Apt. 460, Worcester, on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license, motor vehicle operator refusing to identify self or giving a false name, a warrant, possession of a Class C drug and two counts of possession of a Class E drug.

9:48 p.m.: A disturbance was reported on Devens Street.

Tuesday, Jan. 7

12:57 a.m.: A disturbance was reported on Lincoln Street.

2:39 a.m.: A disturbance was reported on Lakeside Avenue.
