Police Log: Breaking and Entering, Assault with a Can of Coke

The following information was supplied by the Marlborough Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction. All arrests are reported.

Friday, March 16:

2:25 a.m.: William T. Zilembo, 21, of 42 Briarwood Ln., Apt. 2, was arrested after police responded to a disturbance at 25 Union St. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked license. 

8:31 a.m.: Vandalism was reported at , 223 East Main St.

11:13 a.m.: Jason Webster Mann, 24, of 42 Eldorado Dr., was arrested on two outstanding warrants after officers responded to a disturbance. 

11:20 a.m.: After responding to a report of suspicious activity at 28 Kevork Ave., police arrested Pablo R. Bello, 25, of 10 Brown St., Maynard, and charged him with an outstanding warrant and breaking and entering into a building in the daytime for a felony.

1:30 p.m.: Police aided another agency (animal control) deal with a "vicious and agressive" wild turkey, according to scanner reports. 

2:12 p.m.: An act of assault was investigated at 85 Hildreth St. 

7:12 p.m.: Threats were reportedly made against an individual at the , 493 Boston Post Rd. W. 

11:18 p.m.: Police filed a report concerning a recovered stolen motor vehicle at , 355 Bolton St. 


Saturday, March 17:

8:24: Officers check and secure the , 25 Union St., after the burglar alarm sounded. 

11:56 a.m.: An act of larceny was investigated at the Hess Gas Station, 770 Boston Post Rd. E.

2:08 p.m.: A criminal complaint was filed concerning a reported assault on McEnelly Street.

4:25 p.m.: A report concerning harassment was given to police by an individual at 25 Schofield Dr. 

6:10 p.m.: Robert A. Hitrik, 23, of 386 Simpson Rd., was arrested after officers served a warrant at the same address. He was charged with breaking and entering into a building in the daytime for a felony.

11:35 p.m.: An officer filed an injury report at 431 South St. 


Sunday, March 18:

2:00 a.m.: A citation/warning was issued during a motor vehicle stop in the vicinity of , 17 East Main St. 

9:15 a.m.: An act of vandalism was investigated near the , 112 Donald J. Lynch Blvd. 

11:20 a.m.: An act of vandalism was reported at , 681 Farm Rd. 

6:46 p.m.: Zachary S. Lodi, 28, of 100 Church St., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, assault and battery and assault with a dangerous weapon Sunday after a police officer observed him fighting with another individual in front of the on Main St. Anthony F. Kent, 20, of 27 Yorkshire Ter., Apt. 4, Shrewsbury was also arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, assault and battery and civil possession of a Class D drug (marijuana). Police said the assault with a dangerous weapon stemmed from Lodi throwing a can of Coke at Kent.

9:46 p.m.: Police services were rendered after they investigated the report of a suspicious motor vehicle in the area of the , 354 Pleasant St.
