Police Log: Break-ins and Arrests

Friday, Sept. 7

8:47 a.m.: A report of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle was received from Witherbee Street.

10:06 a.m.: Police arrested Moises Bermudez, 19, of 19 Northboro Road East Apt. 105 on Northboro Road East on a warrant.

10:39 a.m.: Fraud or forgery was reported on Clover Hill Road.

12:32 p.m.: Breaking and entering into a motor vehicle was reported on Fairmount Street.

2:23 p.m.: Annoying phone calls were reported on Northboro Road East.

5:46 p.m.: Soliciting was reported on Parmenter Street.

8:24 p.m.: A burglar alarm went off at the old fire station on Main Street.

11:58 p.m.: Breaking and tnering into a motor vehicle was reported on Park Street.

Saturday, Sept. 8

12:38 a.m.: Suspicious activity was reported on Bolton Street.

6:08 a.m.: Police provided assistance on Farm Road.

11:22 a.m.: Harassment was reported on Kevork Avenue.

12:45 p.m.: A disturbance was reported on Stevens Street.

2:13 p.m.: Police arrested Cody Rego, 18, of 18 Church Street Apt. 2 on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard and charged him with violating an abuse prevention order and threatening to commit a crime.

5:22 p.m.: A disabled motor vehicle was reported on 495 North.

7:41 p.m.: A motor vehicle theft was reported on Berlin Road.

8:00 p.m.: An assault was reported on Boston Post Road.

10:00 p.m.: Police arrested Keith Warren, 18, of 69 Union Street Apt. 1 at the intersection of Lincoln Street and Bolton Street and charged him with use of a motor vehicle without authority, failure to yield at an intersection where there was no right on red and unliscenced operation of a motor vehicle.

11:29 p.m.: An animal complaint was received from Lincoln and Silver Streets.

Sunday., Sept. 9

12:19 a.m.: A disturbance was reported from Pleasant Court.

12:35 p.m.: Police arrested David J. MacGuire Jr., 36, of 5 Mohican Path at Joy Asia on Boston Post Road East and charged him with assault and battery.

1:36 a.m.: Vandalism was reported at Staples on Boston Post Road East.

12:26 p.m.: police arrested Donald J. Smith Jr., 35, 67 Pleasant Street Apt. 1 in Paxton at Marlboro Country Convinience on West Main Street on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon.

2:11 p.m.: A disturbance was reported on North Bigelow Street.

3:50p.m.: Police arrested Rosa Paxtor, 32 of 69 Hollis Street in Worcester at Sears on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard on charges of shoplifting by concealing.

6:00 p.m.: Larceny was reported on Simpson Road.

9:10 p.m.: Threats were reported from Kevork avenue.

11:31 p.m.: A well being check was carried out on Chestnut Street.

Monday, Sept. 10

1:53 a.m.: A disturbance was reported on Cashman Street.

5:00 a.m.: Vandalism was reported at Staples on Boston Post Road East.
