Police Log: Brass Knuckles and Witness Intimidation

Tuesday, March 20:

9:33 a.m.: A criminal complaint was filed during a motor vehicle stop in the vicinity of , 146 Maple St. 

10:49 a.m.: A past instance of breaking and entering/burglary was investigated at 159 Marlboro St.

1:05 p.m.: There was a motor vehicle crash with property damage in the area of , 769 Donald J. Lynch Blvd.

1:07 p.m.: An act of fraud/forgery was investigated at , 256 Maple St.

3:23 p.m.: There was a motor vehicle crash with injuries in the vicinity of , 214 Boston Post Rd. E. 

7:48 p.m.: An animal complaint was filed with police at , 157 Union St. 

8:24 p.m.: After receiving a report of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle at 95 Highland St., officers arrested Tanner W.H. Batchelder, 20, of 601 Main St., Bolton, and charged him with breaking and entering into a vehicle/boat in the nighttime for a felony, impeding an investigation through witness intimidation and conspiracy. Julio Angel Pacheco-Roman, 19, of 197 Chestnut St., Apt. 1, was also arrested and charged with receiving stolen property valued over $250, impeding an investigation through witness intimidation and conspiracy. 

9:30 p.m.: There was a motor vehicle crash with personal injuries in the area of 120 Ash St.


A Marlborough man was arrested in Natick Friday, March 16 and charged with several crimes. Here is an excerpt from the Natick Patch police log: 

10:17 p.m.: A motor vehicle stop on Route 9 West resulted in the arrest of a Marlborough man. Jorge J. Santos, 40, of 149 Dicenzo Blvd., was charged with three counts carrying a dangerous weapon (a spring-assisted knife, OC [pepper] spray and brass knuckles), possession of a Class E substance (Olanzapine) and possession of a Class C drug (Alprazolam), said the Natick Police Department.
