Police Log: Assault with Deadly Weapon, Suspicious Activity

Friday, April 6:

12:37 a.m.: Police investigated a report of a suspicious motor vehicle in the vicinity of Stephen Anthony's restaurant, 999 Boston Post Rd. E. 

4:12 p.m.: Officers made a well-being check at 459 Bigelow St.

7:17 a.m.: Kimberly A. Lacey, 46, of 164 Maple St., was arrested during a disturbance at the same address. She was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. 

7:48 a.m.: There was a domestic disturbance at the Heights of Marlborough apartments, 397 Bolton St., Apt. D1.

12:12 p.m.: There was a motor vehicle crash with property damage in the area of 323 Maple St., Apt. 1. 

5:00 p.m.: Threats were reportedly made against an individual at the Bell Wheel Hill apartments, 45 Bronte Way, Apt. 23A. 

7:12 p.m.: An act of harassment was reported at the SMOC Boarding House, 498 Lincoln St., Apt. 3. 


Saturday, April 7:

1:22 a.m.: There was a motor vehicle crash with injuries in the vicinity of 93 South St. 

4:39 p.m.: Breaking and entering into a motor vehicle was reported on Sasseville Way. 

8:52 p.m.: An arrest was made after suspicious activity was reported at Stevie's Eatery, 222 East Main St., Apt. L. 

9:04 p.m.: A 209A (proximity order) violation was reported at police headquarters, 355 Bolton St. 


Sunday, April 8:

12:13 a.m.: Police responded to a disturbance at 169 Lincoln St. Apt. 1. 

1:40 a.m.: An act of larceny was reported at Speakers Night Club, 19 Weed St. 

4:02 a.m.: Suspicious activity was investigated at 41 Hanlon Dr.

3:37 p.m.: Threats were reportedly made against an individual at 159 Stevens St., Apt. third floor. 

11:25 p.m.: Officers responded to a disturbance at 16 Versailles St., Apt. 1.
