Wednesday, Sept. 5
7:41 a.m.: A disabled motor vehicle was reported on Boston Post Road.
9:54 a.m.: Larceny was reported on Elm Street.

11:44 a.m.: Suspicious activity was reported on Broadmeadow Road.
1:20 p.m.: Fraud or forgery was reported by Millenium Communications on Main Street.

1:45 p.m.: A missing person was reported from Cotting Avenue.
3:47 p.m.: Larceny was reported by Digital Federal Credit Union on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.
5:39 p.m.: Suspicious activity was reported on Huntington Avenue.
6:27 p.m.: Police arrested Joseph Roy, 35, of 116 Pheasant Hill Road on Gates Avenue on charges of vandalizing property.
6:42 p.m.: Police arrested David LePage, 42, of 83 Kings Grant Road Apt. 6 on Glen Street on charges of assault to murder, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, intimidating a witness and impeding with an investigation.
7:21 p.m.: Police served a restraining order on Maple Street.
10:11 p.m.: A suspicious motor vehicle was reported at Sergio's Restaurant on Boston Post Road East.
Thursday, Sept. 6
3:42 a.m.: Suspicious activity was reported at the Home Depot on Boston Post Road East.
5:12 a.m.: Police provided assistance at the Marlborough Hospital on Union Street.
