Police Log: Assault on a Pregnant Woman, Cocaine Bust

Friday, April 27:

8:01 a.m.: An assault was reported at the School, 215 Fitchburg St. 

8:05 a.m.: An animal complaint was investigated at the Marlborough Housing Authority, 20 Front St. 

11:30 a.m.: A gas leak was reported inside of , 11 Florence St., Apt. C.

12:59 p.m.: Dietrich Bradshaw, 39, of 17 Mason St., Apt. 2, was arrested during a domestic incident at 36 Kevork Ave. He was charged with assault and battery and impeding an investigation through witness intimidation. 

3:46 p.m.: An act of fraud/forgery was reported at 251 Elm St. 

5:36 p.m.: Officers served a restraining order to an individual at the Royal Crest Apartments, 17 Royal Crest Dr., Apt. 4. 

6:12 p.m.: Police assisted the and state police officials deal with a car fire on 495 north. . 

9:25 p.m.: After responding to a domestic disturbance at 60 Broad St., Moises R. Linares, 23, of 44 Park St., Apt. 402, was arrested and charged with assault and battery on a pregnant person. 

 

Saturday, April 28:

1:34 a.m.: Officers investigated a suspicious motor vehicle in the vicinity of , 44 Boston Post Rd. W. 

11:32 a.m.: There was a motor vehicle crash with property damage near the , 42 Boston Post Rd. E. 

4:59 p.m.: An act of larceny was investigated at 136 Highland St. 

9:31 p.m.: During a motor vehicle stop in the area of McDonalds, 250 Maple St., Frank M. Romani, 40, of 7 Campbell Rd., Framingham, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked license and a motor vehicle lights violation. 

10:34 a.m.: During a disturbance at the Modern Guest House, 8 Cotting Ave., Alan J. Wooding, Jr., 33, of the same address, Apt. 33, was arrested and charged with assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and impeding an investigation through witness intimidation. 

 

Sunday, April 29:

1:24 a.m.: After responding to suspicious activity in the vicinity of Capital Farms, 554 Boston Post Rd. E., Robert E. Garber Jr., 41, of 65 Waverly St., Ashland, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. 

5:07 a.m.: There was a motor vehicle crash with property damage in the area of Target, 423 Donald J. Lynch Blvd. 

9:17 a.m.: A report of vandalism was given to police at 267 Vega Rd. 

5:30 p.m.: During a motor vehicle stop in the vicinity of 84 Framingham Rd., officers arrested Carlos Barrientos, 46, of 17 Second St., Apt. 11, Framingham, and charged him with possession of Class B drug (cocaine), speeding and possession to distribute cocaine. 

6:10 p.m.: Breaking and entering into a motor vehicle was reported at 3 Whitelock Dr. 

6:28 p.m.: An harassment order violation was reported at 54 Farm Rd.
