Police Log: Assault on a Police Officer and Missing Person

The following information was supplied by the Marlborough Police Department. Charges do not indicate a conviction. All arrests are reported.

Wednesday, Dec. 5

8:55 a.m.: Police provided assistance at the Marlborough High School on Bolton Street.

9:05 a.m.: A burglar alarm went off at Solomon Pond Mall on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

10:45 am.: A well being check was done on Cook Lane.

12:36 p.m.: A 911 hangup call came from an office building on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

2:22 p.m.: Vandalism was reported from Broadmeadow Road.

2:23 p.m.: Larceny was reported from Macy's on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

3:25 p.m.: A disturbance was reperted from Gibbons Street.

4:24 p.m.: Trespassing was reported from Gibbons and Lincoln Streets.

4:59 p.m.: A summons was served on Gates Street.

6:05 p.m.: Suspicious activity was reported from East Main Street.

6:21 p.m.: Larceny was reported from J.C. Penney on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

7:10 p.m.: A missing person was reported form Kirby Street.

9:22 p.m.: Police arrested Robert Jennings, 49, of 133 Broadmeadow Road Apt. 6 on Broadmeadow Road on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

11:00 p.m.: Police arrested Brenda Beatty, 50, of Main Street at Jake's Coffee Shop on Main Street on charges of disturbing the peace, resisting arrest and assault and battery on a police officer.

Thursday, Dec. 6

4:01 a.m.: A suspicious motor vehicle was reported from the CVS on East Main Street.

6:58 a.m.: Suspicious activity was reported at Marlborough House of Pizza on Main Street.
