Police Log: Assault Arrest, Sex Offender Registered

The following information was supplied by the Marlborough Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction. All arrests are reported.

Wednesday, March 21:

9:54 a.m.: Police responded to a domestic disturbance at 898 Concord Rd. 

10:50 a.m.: An act of fraud/forgery was reported at the Heights at Marlborough apartments, 26 Briarwood Ln., Apt. 1.

12:02 p.m.: Officers take a sex offender registration at headquarters, 355 Bolton St. 

1:41 p.m.: There was a motor vehicle crash with property damage in the area of West Hill Rd.

5:05 p.m.: Anthony C. D-Araguo, 45, of 28 Mill St. Central, was arrested during a motor vehicle stop in the vicinity of Special Event Bridal, 114 Broad St. He was charged with subsequent offense operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. 

6:00 p.m.: Services were rendered after police responded to a motor vehicle crash in the area of Trombetta's Farm, 655 Farm Rd. 

10:45 p.m.: A criminal complaint was filed during a motor vehicle stop near the intersection of Granger Boulevard and Cotting Avenue. 

10:58 p.m.: Laurie P. Cutler, 51, of 43 Ames Pl., Apt. 3, was arrested at the same address and charged with assault and battery.
