11:29 a.m.: A past breaking and entering was reported from Prospect Street.
1:00 p.m.: A parking violation was reported from Country Lane.
2:01 p.m.: A patrol was directed to Assabet Valley Vocational High School on Fitchburg Street.
3:01 p.m.: A missing person was reported from Whitcomb School on Union Street.
4:13 p.m.: Shoplifting was reported from Gap on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.
5:22 p.m.: Harassment was reported from Liberty Hills Apartments on Main Street.
5:35 p.m.: A well being check was conducted at Solomon Pond Mall on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.
8:16 p.m.: A disturbance was reported from Lincoln Street.
9:06 p.m.: An erratic operator was reported from Farm and Broadmeadow Roads.
11:03 p.m.: Police arrested Derek Buchino, 32, of 342 Lincoln St. Apt. 207 on Lincoln Street on charges of assault and battery following a report of a domestic disturbance.
Thursday, Jan. 3
12:46 a.m.: A suspicious motor vehicle was reported from Twinborough Plaza on Boston Post Road.
2:26 a.m.: A disabled motor vehicle was reported from Chez Siam on East Main Street.
3:46 a.m.: Police assisted an ambulance at New Horizons on Hemenway Street.
6:28 a.m.: Police assisted another agency at the Olive Garden on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.
