Police Log: Assault and Battery and Burglar Alarms

Friday, August 24

2:43 p.m.: A missing person was reported to police from a Paris Street apartment building.

3:56 p.m.: Police arrested Jason Avery, 25, of 48 Goodwin Street at Target on charges of shoplifting by concealing and failing to stop for the police.

4:09 p.m.: Police arrested James Kelly, 36, of 181 Boston Post Road East #55 at Boston Post Road East on charges of assault and battery, witness intimidation and impeding an investigation.

8:57 p.m.: A report of suspicious activity at Wagon Hill Road was reported.

Saturday, August 25

3:44 a.m.: A disturbance was reported at Chestnut Street.

9:01 a.m.: An animal complaint was received on Tucker Avenue.

4:20 p.m.: Police responded to a motor vehicle accident with injuries on Elm Street.

7:57 p.m.: Vandalism was reported on Marlton Drive.

11:30 p.m.: Police arrested Travis Zindle, 20, of 128 Howe Street on Howe Street on charges of assault and battery and civil possession of a class d drug (marijuana).

Sunday, August 26

2:14 a.m.: A disturbance was reported at the Old Fire Station on Main Street.

11:09 a.m.: Police arrested Ramon Quinones, 46, of 10 John J. Brady Drive Apt. 10, Framingham Mass. on Farm Road on a warrant.

3:54 p.m.: Police arrested Jason Libby, 45, of 34 Central Street Apt. 3 on Pleasant Street on charges of violating an abuse prevention order.

5:46 p.m.: A suspicious motor vehicle was reported at Cullinane Drive.

11:21 p.m.: A burglar alarm was investigated on East Main Street.

Monday, August 27

1:21 a.m.: Threats were reported at Millham and Houde Streets.

6:00 a.m.: A break-in to a motor vehicle was reported at Briarwood Lane.
