Police Log: Arrests Made on OUI, Assault

Tuesday, Jan. 10:
2:33 a.m.: During a motor vehicle stop in the vicinity of Concord and Boston Post Road East, police arrest Luke M. McFarland, 26, of 389 Stow Rd., on charges of second OUI liquor, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, speeding in violation of a special regulation, marked lanes violations, civil possession of a Class D drug (marijuana), in addition to a fugitive from justice warrant.
10:57 a.m.: A citation/warning is issued during a motor vehicle stop near the intersection of Hudson Street and Windmill Drive.

4:01 p.m.: Charles H. Griffin, 42, of 181 Boston Post Rd. E., Apt. 54, is arrested after officers respond to a suspicious activity call in the area of Main and Hildreth streets. He is charged with two counts of assault and battery, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
6:41 p.m.: Threats are reportedly made against an individual at Marlborough Hospital, 157 Union St.
