Police Log: Arrests for Disorderly Conduct, Assault with Dangerous Weapon

Friday, Oct. 25

7:07 a.m.: Firefighters investigated a report of a gas leak at Immaculate Conception Convent School on Washington Court.

8:07 a.m.: A disturbance was reported at Marlborough Court Condominiums on Hosmer Street.

8:57 a.m.: A drug offense was reported at Marlborough High School.

12:31 p.m.: A report of harassment was received on Peltier Street.

5:05 p.m.: Police received a report of a robbery at a residence on Tavitian Boulevard.

5:46 p.m.: Shoplifting was reported at Sears on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

10:46 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at Stone Gate Apartments on Silver Leaf Way.

Saturday, Oct. 26

2:12 a.m.: A disturbance was reported at the White Real Estate Co., on Broad Street.

3:10 a.m.: A disturbance was reported at Comfort Inn on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

3:23 a.m.: Following a report of a domestic disturbance, police arrested Richard F. Ferrera, 49, of 194 Chestnut St., Apt. 2F, Marlborough, on two counts of assault and battery and one count of assault with a dangerous weapon.

5:16 a.m.: Police were asked to assist Marlborough Hospital staff. Police arrested Linda Lovely-Maguire, 60, of 13 Longfellow RD, Northborough, on a charge of disorderly conduct.

5:56 a.m.: An auto theft was reported at Liberty Hill Apartments on Main Street.

9:49 a.m.: A theft was reported on Howland Street.

9:59 a.m.: A disturbance was reported at Hosmer Street at Queens View Road.

11:45 a.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle crash with injury at South Bolton Street.

1:07 p.m.: A disturbance was reported on Brook Street.

1:52 p.m.: A fraud or forgery was reported at Fish Food and Wine Bar on South Bolton Street.

5:32 p.m.: Vandalism was reported on Farm Road.

5:50 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at the Gulf Gas station on Lakeside Drive.

6:23 p.m.: A domestic disturbance was reported on McEnelly Street.

8:35 p.m.: Following a motor vehicle stop on Newton at Park streets, police took a 46 year old woman into protective custody.

9:30 p.m.: A motor vehicle crash with injury was reported at the Boys Club Nursery at Pleasant Street.

10:20 p.m.: A disturbance was reported on Lincoln Street.

11:02 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at a four-unit structure on Broad Street.

Sunday, Oct. 27

12:08 a.m.: A theft was reported at Clockwork Pizza on Maple Street.

12:35 a.m.: Following a motor vehicle crash on East Main Street, near Dunkin Donuts, police arrested Roger A. Velasquez, 40, of 15 Reservoir Dr., Southborough, on charges of OUI liquor, second offense, and reckless operation of a motor vehicle.

2:17 a.m.: A disturbance was reported on Gleason Street Extension.

2:50 p.m.: A theft was reported at Chin's Garden. Police arrested Jessica Rose Decenzo, 30, of 1 Gates Ave., Apt. 2, Marlborough, on a warrant.
