Police Log: Arrests for Assault, Felony Breaking and Entering

The following information is provided by the Marlborough Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Monday, Dec. 23

11:38 a.m.: Vandalism was reported on Indian Lane.

1:08 p.m.: A theft was reported at Stone Gate Apartments on Redbud Way.

7:47 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at Solomon Pond Mall.

Tuesday, Dec. 24

12:33 p.m.: An auto theft was reported at Lake Williams Condominiums on West Main Street.

1:54 p.m.: A domestic disturbance was reported at Algosi Road and Stevens Street. Police responded and arrested Livia Ferreira, 18, of 22 Stacey Road, Marlborough, on a charge of assault and battery.

2:03 p.m.: A theft was reported on Robin Hill Street.

2:53 p.m.: A disturbance was reported on East Main Street.

4:14 p.m.: Harassment was reported at Countryside Village on Boston Post Road East.

4:52 p.m.: Shoplifting was reported at Sears on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

10:32 p.m.: A disturbance was reported on Harrison Place.

Wednesday, Dec. 25

1:54 a.m.: Police responded to a disturbance at a home on West Main Street. Police arrested Aroldo M. DeLeon, 25, of 43 Ames Pl., Apt. 5, Marlborough, on charges of assault, breaking and entering into a building in the nighttime for a felony, violating an abuse prevention order, disturbing the peace and vandalizing property.

2:52 a.m.: A disturbance was reported at a home on Bolton Street.

9:02 a.m.: A disturbance was reported on Orchard Street.

9:28 p.m.: Threats were reported at the MacDonald Hotel.

9:41 p.m.: A domestic disturbance was reported at a home on Broad Street. Police arrested Geovanny A. Lazo, 33, of 191 Broad St., Apt. 1, Marlborough, on a charge of assault with a dangerous weapon.
