Police Log: Arrest at School, OUI on Lincoln

Wednesday, March 14:

2:09 a.m.: During a motor vehicle stop near the intersection of Ryan Court and Lincoln St., police arrested Edson Marcos Landa, 29, of 76 Broad St., Apt. 2, and charged him with OUI liquor, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a marked lanes violation and speeding in violation of a special regulation. 

6:49 a.m.: A report was filed after officers investigated suspicious activity in the vicinity of a vacant office building (formerly Hewlett Packard), 200 Forest St.

8:43 a.m.: MPD dealt with an animal complaint at 30 Huntington Ave.

9:46 a.m.: There was a motor vehicle crash in the area of Stephen Anthony's Restaurant, 57 Orchard St.

9:55 a.m.: A 16-year-old was arrested after police responded to an assault report at the Assabet Valley Collaborative School, 57 Orchard St. The juvenile was charged with disturbing school. 

4:08 p.m.: A report concerning suspicious activity at Bouviers Pharmacy, 515 Lincoln St., was filed by police. 

4:20 p.m.: A past instance of breaking and entering/burglary was reported at a residence, 215 Sudbury St. 

7:26 p.m.: A report of fraud/forgery was given to police at 31 Edinboro St. 

10:44 p.m.: Officers investigated a 209A (proximity order) violation at 26 Calder St.
